Bangchak Receives Sustainability Disclosure Award 2022 from Thaipat Institute for the Third Consecutive Year, Reflecting Transparent Operations

Narupan Suthamkasem, Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Sustainability, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, received the Thaipat Institute Sustainability Disclosure Award 2022 for the 3^rd consecutive year beginning in 2020. A total of 56 organizations received the Sustainability Disclosure Award, in recognition of transparent disclosure in accordance with international practices covering ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) dimensions in addition to financial performance and social responsibility, addressing Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 12.6 on Sustainability Reporting for the greater benefit of its stakeholders and long-term sustainable development goals

The Sustainability Disclosure Award is organized by the Thaipat Foundation for listed companies and member organizations of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) to raise awareness and prioritize the dissemination of information and equitable treatment of stakeholders. The Sustainability Disclosure Award takes into consideration 3 criteria according to the Ceres-ACCA, consisting of Completeness, Credibility, and Communication of Content. The Thaipat Foundation considers publicly available information, such as sustainability reports, or corporate social responsibility data in annual reports, or other forms of information disclosure, both printed and electronic, infographics etc. without the use of additional questionnaire responses.
