Bangchak Executive Shares Views on Driving Organizations through Equity Empowerment at International Women’s Day #EmbraceEquity Organized by Citibank

Phatpuree Chinkulkitnivat, Senior Executive Vice President, Accounting and Finance, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited joined International Women’s Day #EmbraceEquity organized by Citi Thailand Women’s Network (Citibank) at Westin Grande Sukhumvit, and shared her views on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and embracing equity and diversity in organizations, together with other female executives from leading organizations during the Executive Talk.

Phatpuree stated that Bangchak is committed to sustainable business development and has integrated the approach of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and Women’s Empowerment, by prioritizing gender equality, and promoting women’s empowerment and inclusivity in the workplace. Bangchak values equity and equality in its recruitment, promotions and advancement, team feedback, as well as the continuous fostering of suitable work environment. Moreover, Phatpuree shared her practices and techniques of Inclusive Leadership, which considers individual uniqueness and differences of gender, professional and life experiences, as well as competencies in identifying and incorporating individual strengths to complement the team. She also shared the challenges and contributing factors in promoting DE&I, and enhancing engagement etc.
