Bangchak Notifies a Name Change. Esso (Thailand) is now Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited
Bangchak Group announced the change of the company name Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited to Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited and stock symbol to “BSRC” following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2023 of Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited which took place on 14 November 2023. The Shareholders endorsed the change of the Company’s name and stock symbol as per below.

Esso (Thailand) registered the name change with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, on 15 November 2023. This change has no impact on the company’s business operations, including rights, responsibilities, and obligations which remain fully enforceable.
