Bangchak Group Clinches 4 Awards of the Year for Thai Listed Companies at SET Awards 2023 Highlighting Sustainability Excellence and Best Investor Relations

Bangchak Group received four awards of the year for Thai listed companies at the SET Awards 2023. Bangchak Corporation received two Awards, the highest leve, namely the Sustainability Excellence – Best Sustainability Award and the Business Excellence – Best Investor Relations Award. These accolades were presented by Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, the Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Dr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai, President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, at the SET Awards 2023, organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money and Banking Magazine.

Pativat Tivasasit, Chief Operation Officer, Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, received the Sustainability Awards of Honor, the highest recognition in the Sustainability Excellence category, for the fourth consecutive year (this award is presented to organizations that have received the Best Sustainability Awards for at least three consecutive years). Bangchak also received the Best Sustainability Awards for the seventh consecutive year. Bangchak earlier received a SET ESG Rating of “AAA” (total score 90 – 100), in the Resources Group, the highest rating in Thailand, from the announcement of the results of SET ESG Ratings 2023.

Phatpuree Chinkulkitnivat, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Accounting and Finance, received the Best Investor Relations Awards in the Business Excellence category as a listed company with a market capitalization exceeding THB 30,000 million but not exceeding THB 100,000 million for outstanding performance in conducting various investor relations activities.

BCPG Public Company Limited, with Kongkiat Kanjanapan, Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting, received an award in Business Excellence Award group, the Outstanding Investor Relations Award, for the second consecutive year, as a listed company with a market capitalization exceeding THB 10,000 million but not exceeding THB 30,000 million. Moreover, BBGI Public Company Limited, with Kittiphong Limsuwannarot, Chief Executive Officer and President, received the Commended Sustainability Awards in the Sustainability Excellence group. This marks the companies first time to receive the award since being listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand last year.

The four SET Awards 2023 reflect the commitment of Bangchak Group companies in prioritizing sustainable business practices in line with ESG principles, considering the interests of all stakeholders, ensuring business growth alongside social and environmental stewardship.
