Bangchak Phra Khanong Refinery and BCPT Jointly Welcome Representatives from International Financial Institutions to Foster Collaboration and Expand Refinery Businesses from Upstream to Downstream

Pativat Tivasasit, Chief Operation Officer, Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and Ongorn Pleanrungsi, Executive Vice President, appointed to BCP Trading Pte. Ltd. (BCPT), a Bangchak Group affiliate, welcomed a delegation of representatives from over 20 international financial institutions, both domestic and foreign, during a recent visit to Bangchak Phra Khanong Refinery.

Pativat provided an overview of Bangchak Group operations, highlighting its consistent growth, expansion, and adaptation to the evolving business landscape. Bangchak is engaged in five main businesses, namely, refinery and oil trading business, marketing business, power business, bio-based products business, and natural resources and new businesses. The Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group currently conducts operations encompassing the entire supply chain, featuring two world-class complex refineries. Following the presentation was a discussion on business operations and tour of Bangchak Phra Khanong Refinery, which holds the distinction of being the first and only refinery in the world to receive the prestigious Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA).
