Bangchak Rising into the Top 10 Companies: Young Thai Professionals’ Dream Employers in 2024

Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, received the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2024 award, ranked among the top 10 most desired companies for the new generation. The award was presented by Jens Pold, Chief Executive Officer, WorkVenture Technologies Company Limited, who conducted the survey for the Top 50 Employers in Thailand 2024, which involved more than 11,000 respondents.

Bangchak has been consistently voted as one of the top 50 companies by the new generation since 2018 and has consistently improved its position among the top 20 outstanding companies over the past three years (from 17th in 2022, 12th in 2023, and 10th in current year). The survey results reaffirm Bangchak’s excellence as an organization that emphasizes driving business through innovation, fostering growth and sustainability, and taking responsibility for all stakeholders, including societal benefits and environmental friendliness. This aligns with the preferences of the new generation, who value organizations that balance business operations alongside considerations for business, society, and the environment.

The Top 50 Employers in Thailand survey collected data of new generation respondents from the ages of 21 – 35 years, with over 10,000 respondents, from both online and offline channels.
