Bangchak Receives Award for Outstanding Business Establishment and State Enterprise Excellence in Organization Health at the National Level 2024

Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, joined by Nopphadol Duangsala, President of the Bangchak Labor Union, received the award for Outstanding Business Establishment and State Enterprise Excellence in Organizational Health at the National Level 2024. The award was presented by Aree Krainara, Permanent Secretary of Labor, at an event organized by the Ministry of Labor in collaboration with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) as part of the "Enhance Health Promotion Capabilities of Organization Labor Relations Network" project under the concept “Create Together, Own Together, Sustain Together.” This project aims to support business establishments and state enterprises under the “Happy Workplace” model to enhance the quality of life for the workforce. The event took place at the Asawin Grand Convention Center in Bangkok.

The award reaffirms Bangchak’s excellence in fostering organizational sustainability through the 100xHappiness employee care framework, which aims to develop and ensure employees experience 100 times happiness. The core values of “i am bcp” play a vital role in developing and caring for employees within the organization, with clear objectives and strategies aligned with the corporate vision to ensure transformational preparedness leading to sustainable growth. This achievement was made possible through the excellent cooperation of employee representatives, the employee committee, and the labor union, who actively participated in the evaluation process and responded to inquiries regarding compliance with labor relations laws throughout the process.
