Bangchak Shares Path to Excellence, Welcomes a Delegation from Doi Kham Food Products

Thamarat Paryoonsuk, Senior Executive Vice President, Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, welcomed executives and employees from Doi Kham Food Products Company Limited, led by Chief Executive Officer Pipatpong Israsena Na Ayudhya, to study the operational strategies and practices of Bangchak, a recipient of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA). The delegation was received at Bangchak Corporation Head Office at M Tower.

Thamarat discussed Bangchak’s business operations, particularly focusing on the Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group. He emphasized innovation through key concepts that enhance employee knowledge, motivate them to successfully achieve operational plans, and introduce new ideas or methods to improve work processes efficiently. Additionally, he shared insights on Bangchak’s organizational management practices that align with the guidelines of the Thailand Quality Award, which led to the company receiving both the Thailand Quality Award and the Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA) 2023-the highest level of world-class recognition in management.
