Bangchak Shares Management and Sustainability Strategies. Driving Employees’ Happiness and Advancing SAF Collaboration

Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Management and Organization Development at Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, welcomed Chotiwas Leksakul, Chief Executive Officer, along with executives from D Farm Food Retail Company Limited, during their visit to study the implementation of Bangchak’s core values, “i am BCP.” These values are central to guiding employees in their work at Bangchak, helping the company achieve its future goals and strategic target of Bangchak 100X. Chokchai shared his experience in applying these corporate values to management practices, driving the organization towards becoming a sustainable, beyond-100-year organization and fostering employee happiness 100-fold.

In addition, Suraporn Petchdee, General Manager, BSGF Co., Ltd., provided insights into BSGF's operations concerning sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production. Discussions were held to further develop cooperation in purchasing feedstock from D Farm Food Retail under the "Fry to Fly" project for SAF production. This collaboration represents a strategic partnership focused on joint sustainable development.
