Bangchak and NHSO Launch Two Healthcare Innovations at Service Stations to Serve the Public

Bangchak Corporation and the National Health Security Office (NHSO) have introduced healthcare innovations through the "One Stop Service for Health and Public Health" system at Bangchak service stations. This initiative aims to create opportunities for people to access health check-ups in familiar and convenient locations, making healthcare truly accessible to everyone.

Prinya Kittikarunchit, Executive Vice President of Retail Business, Marketing Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, stated that the collaboration aims to promote public access to widespread and convenient healthcare services. Bangchak and the NHSO have supported Bangchak’s partners, including public health service units, in participating in the "THB 30 Healthcare Anywhere" scheme. Moreover, the partnership incorporates innovations and technologies to make healthcare services more accessible to the public and Bangchak customers.

Bangchak has introduced two significant innovations: the Personal Health-Screening Kiosk and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. The Personal Health-Screening Kiosk measures basic health parameters such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram (ECG) to diagnose heart disease. It also calculates Body Mass Index (BMI) to assess health conditions, conducts preliminary symptom screening, and connects health data to a smartphone application that provides health advice on exercise and self-care. Meanwhile, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy helps individuals recover from fatigue and sports injuries, improves sleep and blood circulation, aids recovery after surgery, and enhances metabolism and immunity.

Recently, Bangchak participated in "30 Baht Healthcare Anywhere, Bangkok" event, showcasing the Telehealth Screening and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy tools and technologies to attendees. Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Phumtham Wechayachai, and Minister of Public Health Somsak Thapsutin visited the exhibition booth, where they were greeted by Prinya, along with Dr. Atthaporn Limpanyalert, NHSO Deputy Secretary-General, at the Government Complex, Building B, Chaeng Watthana Road.
