Bangchak Welcomes Prime Minister’s Office Delegation to Study Corporate and Personnel Development

Mr. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited welcomed a delegation led by Mrs. Malinee Phawilai, Inspector-General of the Office of the Prime Minister, along with personnel and civil servants with high HiPPS assessment scores, candidates from the Public Service Agent for Change Development Program (PSAC), and New Wave Leaders graduates. The delegation visited Bangchak to study and exchange knowledge on organizational management and development, with a focus on integrating innovation and technology, as well as employee development with a new mindset, as part of the “Learning by Viewing” project at Bangchak’s Head Office in M Tower.

Mr. Chokchai shared experiences in Bangchak’s sustainable organizational and personnel development, alongside its social and environmental stewardship. This included integrating innovation and technology to enhance internal operations and adopting core management values to achieve the goal of becoming a sustainable, beyond-100-year organization, or Bangchak 100x.
