Bangchak Executive Shares Insights on Legendary Leadership for “The Pinnacle Leadership Program” (PLP)

Mr. Thamarat Paryoonsuk, Senior Executive Vice President, Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, was invited to speak on the topic “Turning Challenges into Opportunities” during The Pinnacle Talk, part of “The Pinnacle Leadership Program (PLP): Become a Legendary Leader,” developed by Suan Dusit University. Top executives from across the country are invited to share their knowledge and experiences with participants to enhance their potential, skills, and abilities to become effective organizational leaders. The program aims to cultivate knowledgeable and competent leaders who inspire confidence and integrity, creating a legacy of leadership that drives sustainable growth for organizations. The curriculum consists of six modules: Mindset, Skills, Personal Branding, Vision, Network, and Becoming Legendary, and was held at the Grande Centre Point Surawong.

Mr. Thamarat discussed managing people and organizations by promoting employee participation through decentralized decision-making processes. He emphasized empowering employees and fostering self-awareness, which leads to increased efficiency through faster decision-making. He cited the example of "Boldness" (B) from Bangchak’s “i am bcp” core values, which encourages employees to take initiative, rather than waiting for directives, helping guide the organization toward its goals.
