Bangchak Achieves World’s Highest Sustainability Assessment from S&P Global 2024 in Oil & Gas Refinery and Marketing Industry
Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited received the highest sustainability assessment in the Oil & Gas Refinery and Marketing industry from the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2024, reflecting its commitment in sustainable operations and continuous promotion of social and environmental responsibility and reaffirming Bangchak’s status as a globally recognized sustainable organization.
As of 13 November 2024, Bangchak achieved the highest CSA score out of over 70 companies in the Oil & Gas Refinery and Marketing industry in the Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment. The company earned a total score of 85 out of 100, attaining the highest (Best Score) in two dimensions: Governance and Environment. This accomplishment reflects Bangchak’s commitment to sustainable business innovation that harmonizes with environmental and social responsibility, supported by strong corporate governance.

Bangchak has consistently participated in S&P Global’s assessment, which evaluates sustainable business operation and organizational development, for ten years. In 2024, it received the highest assessment, further reaffirming its commitment to a sustainable business approach that prioritizes a balance between environmental, social, and corporate governance dimensions – a principle that Bangchak has adhered throughout its 40 years of operation as it now enters its fifth decade in 2024.
