Bangchak Group Installs Solar Cell System to Promote Clean Energy Use at Benjakitti Sports Center

Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, together with Mrs. Preeyada Vittipakdee, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, BCPG Public Company Limited, represented Bangchak Group in handing over a 100-kilowatt rooftop solar power system to Benjakitti Sports Center. Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, received the system and toured the installation site and power supply system at Benjakitti Sports Center, located in Benjakitti Park, Bangkok.

The solar power system has been installed and fully operational for approximately a month. It not only helps reduce Bangkok's electricity costs but also promotes the use of clean energy, minimizing environmental impact. The initiative is part of Bangchak Group’s social mission to foster a sustainable society and advance Thailand towards a low-carbon economy.
