Bangchak Joins Hands with Kasikornbank in Offering Banking Services at SPAR and Inthanin Outlets

Mr. Somchai Tejavanija, Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Executive Vice President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, Mr. Viboon Wongsakul, managing director of Bangchak Retail Company Limited, and Mr. Tipakorn Saiphatana, vice president of Kasikorn Bank, have jointly launched “KBank Service” to Inthanin coffee shops and SPAR convenience stores in a ceremony held recently at Bangchak head office, M Tower. As banking agents, Inthanin and SPAR outlets can now accept a deposit of up to Bt20,000 per transaction but no more than Bt40,000 deposits per day per national-ID card. A fee for each transaction is Bt20. Initially, banking services are available at 17 branches of Inthanin and SPAR only.

Between 15 January and 28 February 2019, users of KBank service at Inthanin/SPAR outlets will enjoy a promotional fee of just Bt10 per transaction. The number of Inthanin/SPAR outlets with banking services will increase over time to 170 by the second quarter of 2019. Account-opening and cash-withdrawal services will also be provided at these outlets in the future.
