Bangchak Wins Awards from ‘Suyiyasasithorn’ Calendar Contest

Privy Councilor ACM Chalit Pukbhasuk, the chair of Suriyasasithorn award-presentation ceremony, has handed the “Best Year-Planner Notebook” award in social development and environmental improvement category to Mr. Kiatchai Maitriwong, senior executive vice president for corporate strategic planning and sustainability development group of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited. The award is from the 39^th Suriyasasithorn Calendar Contest, which takes place in 2019. Organized by the Public Relations Society of Thailand, the contest has attracted more than 200 entries.

To date, Bangchak has received first and second prizes from this annual calendar contest for 10 consecutive years already. This year, Bangchak has made the “Best Year-Planner Notebook” from recycled materials. Scrap wood has been recycled and acquired added value, when it goes into Bangchak’s notebook manufacturing process. Also, this notebook uses recycled Green Offset paper. All parts of this plastic-free notebook are biodegradable.

BCPG Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Bangchak, meanwhile has snatched the second prize from the general category of year-planner notebook of the 39^th Suriyasasithorn Calendar Contest.
