Bangchak Welcomes Kaizen Global’s Delegation to its Refinery

Mr. Pativat Tivasasit, executive vice president for refinery manufacturing business of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and staff in charge of organizational-change development and security management have lately welcomed an advisory delegation from Kaizen Global. Members of the delegation have come from Switzerland, Portugal, Serbia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to inspect the Bangchak’s refinery on Soi Sukhumvit 64 and witness world-class best practices to improve the organization. During the visit, the delegation has shared experiences and knowledge with Bangchak that in its own right is an exemplary organization and demonstrates Kaizen-based best practices for work-process/mindset improvement. The delegation has also visited the Bangchak’s warehouse where Kaizen principle has been applied.
