Bangchak Prepares “Conserve & Share for Happiness” Scheme for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games

Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, chairman of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, has recently presided over the press conference on Olympic Day 2020 Walk & Run at Siam Paragon shopping complex. The event, which has Bangchak as a major sponsor and Mr. Pichai as the chair of its organizing committee, will be held on 1 March 2020 at the Supachalasai Stadium. Mr. Pichai reveals that Bangchak has also prepared “Conserve & Share for Happiness x Olympic Day” scheme to collect emptied water bottles and functional-drink bottles from the event and recycle them into sport shirts, caps, fabric bags and many other souvenirs that will be given to athletes and foreign panels of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The scheme is designed to promote the efficient use of resources and maximize resource efficiency in line with Circular Economy approach.
