Pollution Control Department’s Team Visits Bangchak

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited via Mr. Pativat Tivasasit, senior executive vice president for Refinery Business Group, Mr. Somchai Tejavanija, chief marketing officer & senior executive vice president for Marketing Business Group, and many other executives has recently welcomed a delegation of the Pollution Control Department (PCD). Led by PCD deputy director-general Mr. Thalearngsak Petchsuwan and Dr. Pornsri Suthanarak who heads PCD Air Quality and Noise Management Division, the delegation has inspected the Bangchak service station on Sukhumvit 62 and refinery on Sukhumvit 64. It has also listened to how Bangchak has produced low-sulfur diesel for dust reduction. The low-sulfur diesel will be available for three months from 1 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 at 125 Bangchak service stations in Bangkok. Bangchak has offered the seasonal sale of dust-reducing diesel for the second year to ease PM2.5 threat, make air cleaner, and take care of Thais’ health.
