Bangchak Bags 3 Awards from ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard

Ms. Pakawadee Junrayapes, executive vice president of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, has represented her firm in accepting three awards from the 2019 ACGS (ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard) namely ASEAN Asset Class Publicly Listed Companies award, ASEAN Top 20 Publicly Listed Companies award, and Country TOP 3 Publicly Listed Companies award. Presenting the award was Finance Minister Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith. Granted based on corporate-governance performance assessment, these awards reflect Bangchak’s status as a regional leader in corporate governance, as well as social and environmental responsibility. The Securities and Exchange Commission and the Thai Institute of Directors have joined the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in supporting the ASEAN Top 20 Publicly Listed Companies-award presentation ceremony.
