Bangchak organizes “Exponential Path to Net Zero” seminar under the concept “Bangchak 100X: 100 Ideas for Sustainable World”

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited organized its 11th annual seminar titled “Exponential Path to Net Zero under the concept “Bangchak 100X: 100 Ideas for Sustainable World” to showcase important milestones to achieving the Net Zero target, and invited those interested to find answers and solutions on exponentially achieving the target, and providing opportunities to 100 participants to become a “Net Zero Emission Man” (NZEM) for 2021, and presenting an exhibition from the 11 founding members of the Carbon Markets Club, themed “Commitment to Sustainability” at Bangchak Head Office, M Tower, which more than 1,400 people registered to join the seminar onsite and online.

Keynote speaker, Lavaron Sangsanit, Director-General of the Excise Department, was followed by the opening speech from Chaiwat Kovavisarach, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, titled “Exponential Path to Net Zero”. Experts from the energy sectors, and local and international specialists spoke of and shared global trends and new technologies driving Net Zero, reflecting national, organizational, and individual preparedness, as well as intergenerational ideas from academics, environmentalists, artists, green influencers, and youths.
