Bangchak Grooms Young Writers

Mr. Kiatchai Maitriwong, senior executive vice president for corporate strategic planning and sustainability development group of Bangchak Corporation Company Limited, has presided over the opening ceremony for the 7^th Bangchak Camp for Young Writers: Embracing the King’s Philosophy. Held in collaboration with the Sarakadee Magazine, the camp has trained youth aged between 15 and 22 years old in photography and writing. Young participants have also learned outside classroom, as they take part in learning activities alongside farmers so as to experience sustainable community and mutual co-existence with the nature in Uthai Thani’s Kaen Makrut area. The camp runs from 14 to 17 February 2019, after which they will write their stories.

During the camp, young participants have also visited the Bangchak service station on Soi Sukhumvit 62, which is the only petrol station in Thailand to fill a tank via digital hanging equipment and deliver Greenovative Experience, and also the Greenovation Learning Center at Bangchak headquarters.
